  : Being close to the swimming pools and sea and the included breakfasts.
  : The wifi didn't work very well in our room but we sat in the lounge area were the reception was very good. The bathroom was a bit cramped and smelly.

  : Staff was very nice. They did their best. But it was clear that even they were struggling. The view from the balcony was very nice. The swimming pool was also very cool.
  : This supposes to be a 4-star hotel. However, food in the restaurant was very monotonous. Sometimes salad was not fresh. You could not take drink by your self. You would need to wait for the waiter and ask them to bring you something. They will do that, but not very fast, and they will bring one glass. Had a very strong feeling that management was saving money on, literally everything. In the bathroom, we had only toilet paper and one, small piece of soup. We had to go to the mini market and buy shampoo. What is unelectable for the 4-star hotel. Also, in the room, we did not have kettle and drinking water. I'm not talking about tea or coffee. Fridge was not working. Water was leaking from the air condition to the TV. Thank god it did not have a short circuit. Any extra payment for any kind of service are accepted only with cash and there is no atm. We were asked to pay some extra tax, that was not written anywhere in the agreement, and they asked for it in cash... I understand that there are huge taxes, but it is 2023 and once again 4 - star all-inclusive. This is unelectable. The building itself, felt very old and need a very good refreshment. At least full repaint and good cleaning. Last but not the least thing that I need to mention is the fact that famous lagoon that is on EVERY photo of the hotel, is not a part of the hotel, and you have to pay extra, per person for the sunbed with cash. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and we regret that we spend time and money for this hotel. Never ever we will go there again nor recommend to anyone.

  : It is an exceptional location however you do need a car if you plan to leave the hotel as it is isolated. 3 pools and sea access which is nice.
  : No facilities for tea and coffee in room and nowhere to dry towels etc. Not enough parking to allow for day guests. AC was not in best working order and there was a lot of wear and tear in general but I did visit end of season so I did expect that.
