  : Beautiful views, nice and remote away from the tourist hassle of Plakias On foot, lots of good hiking and nice beaches The studio was huge, well equipped for serious cooking and really comfortable
  : The steep incline to the studio, no pedestrian access up to the studio was a killer for the knees A small shop/Groceries available through the hotel would be ideal

  : - Overall good facilities within the apartment. - Well working AC. - Pleasant host.
  : - Poor walkability - getting to and from a beach, the town or the nearest shop on foot is not very realistic, there is both a steep uphill and a considerable distance. - I am very much against the practice that is seemingly common in Greece, but is very anti-consumer - the listing of multiple possible rooms under one booking. It becomes a lottery of which room you will receive upon arrival if you do not contact the host beforehand. The quality of the rooms differs greatly in this case - top floor rooms got huge terraces with a nice view and plenty of light, bottom floor rooms got tiny windows and the lack of proper soundproofing is greatly felt in that you will hear basically every noise coming in through the walls. Since the room I got was the latter, I rate my stay at 4, if it was former, then I would likely have rated it 8-9.

  : Very clean room. Easy check in, check out. Parking area in front of the apartement with enough room. Very nice view from the balkony and garden. Small kitchen. Very silent, couldnt hear other guests.
  : Nice beaches nearby but you need a car. Car is needed to go anywhere. Need to have air conditioner on over night because room gets hot.
