  : The best was the privat acces to the pool, the supermarket was close and open late. Everybody from the staff were very nice. All the facilities are very close (jet sky, renting a boat, itd.)

  : - good renovated rooms , great view from balcony- not far from beach- 5 min by walk - amazing waterpark for kids-friendly staff, smiling , staff were all wearing a mask.- funny animators - however most of the time they speak in Polish language and we couldnt understand - good massage, great job- great wifi signar -however its a charge 5 per day or 15 per week per device.- delicious ice cream
  : -Food was the same every single day exception was only at dinner when 1 meal was different, expectations for this hotel was higher .-Wine its not wine, its 80% water and 20% wine or maybe even less. -Most of the information at reception its not in english and we couldnt understand what its written (a bit discriminated).

  : Was there for 5 nights. Food is very good - wide selection. I do not know why some complaint about it. Maybe variety of snacks could be more. Our room had private pool(first flow) - it was very nice for kids. Very small, but cozy beach about 250m from hotel. Also ATM is in area, several stores are also in hand reach. There is option for late check-out if needed. Waterpark is inside hotel territory and is quite good. We booked it via booking com so tourist fee was included,
  : We booked via booking.com - we got free WIFI, but it was so slow that we used our native. If you book via hotel directly you will have to pay and it is not worth as it is extremely slow. It's not a minus but Hotel is mainly filed with Polish tourists so be prepared to animation and events mainly in Polish language. Jumping area with playing machines is not included in All-Inclusive option(you have to pay extra so it's not nice if you have smaller kids than 7 years). Also the is mold smell in room although room looks quite luxury and new.(maybe because it's first floor).

  : The whole village consists of new buildings and many pools (not accessible by all).The staff was friendly.
  : The hotel is customized for Polish groups. All the activities are in English or Polish. You almost feel you are not in Greece anymore. Some of the staff dont even speak Greek.The food at the restaurant was a bit worse than average. Definitely the worst breakfast I ever had (the eggs had a bad taste). Didn't try lunch, but dinner was ok and some options were good(pizza that they were making in front of you).The hotel is huge and there are so many people that crazyness is everywhere you go, especially in the restaurant and in the pool area where you need a miracle to find a sunbed. The daily room cleaning service does not include change of sheets or towels. (We stayed there 3 days)There is no elevator for the top floor rooms. Just stairs where is hard to carry your luggage.There was no vanity set or anything similar that you would expect from such a hotel.
