  : A really terrible and awful experience here, which even affects me now!The door of bathroom is easily locked without any nofitication and all my washing stuff is left inside. I called the host immediately that morning, who can only text you and never show up in the whole day! I have told them the next day I have to check out, but no one comes even they asks me to wait till next noon, which is the deadline time of checking out. Later, I told them that I could stay at Pittsburgh till that evening. But even though, no one comes to give me a solution. You cannot imagine the host did not have a key to the bathroom! And they wasted me 48 hours and made me buy necessary stuff again! Now, it has been two weeks, my stuff is still missing on the road!A simple issue made me mad many times, not only by the host's endless lies, but also their post-treatment attitude.I rarely wrote so many words to express my anger, but this time, I must warn the furture visitors, do not trust any texts sent from the host. They said they would come soon, which means they would not come till you die!

  : Location was good. In the city , but did not feel that way. Was very quiet. nice to have coffee pods waiting for you and there was salt /pepper and some olive oil for cooking. Plenty of toilet paper and dish washing pods and laundry pods. Nice to have a blow up mattress (full size) to use
  : Bed was not very comfortable. Could use a better mattress and maybe some box springs. Last night I just slept on the bed spread after I folded it over three times to give it some more cushion.Wifi was lagging so hard to watch ESPN app on the ROKU, but other nights it worked fine.Could use a coffee table or end tables that are more sturdy and larger.
