  : The location was ok for getting to other places in the East neuk. The flat was dizzy and it was behind a building. No sea view, it was cold, there were little black flies when you were preparing edibles and I had to kill blue bottle flies also. I only stayed 2 nights as my son was I'll and I am a single parent, they have no one else. I have asked Sykes to refund part of my stay and the owner is asking for photographic evidence of flies, which I did not think to take. Then she asked for proof my son was ill. He is not happy to give details to a stranger. Can you help me get a refund please. I only stayed 2 nights.
  : Cleanliness, heat, light, beds, duvets. Clearer instructions on how to access the flat. I had to enlist the help of the owner of a shop she didn't even know where it was. We found it after 30 mins. Make clear there is absolutely no view from the flat.
