: Nice, specious, cosy, clean, quiet apartament. Convenient onsite parking. Helpful staff.
: Italian breakfast is not really a breakfast. Few sugary biscuits and a shot of espresso. This should be advertised as self catering. If you are looking for evening walk and back from town center, it is way to far. 8 min by car. If you want to enjoy Tuscany sunset, the farm is located on a quite flat area with tall vegetation around. No views.

: We stayed in the appartment for two people. It is situated on a beautiful farm in the rural countryside. There are some donkeys on the farm the the extremely beautiful town Pitigliano is nearby (10 minutes by car, 1 hour walk on streets without pedestrian paths).
: I do not recommend to stay in one of the smaller flats. You directly face the neighbour which has two (beautiful but) extremely loud dogs. They were barking constantly each night we stayed there and it was impossible to sleep without earplugs. There was no breakfast served. We received some cheap bitter coffee capsules and some dry bread and were told to help ourselves. Compared to other places, this was a joke. The hosts acted very weird when we were irritated about the tourist tax they asked us to pay for. It was not mentioned on Booking at all so we were not happy to pay it on top. I recommend you to keep the receipt for the tourist tax and ask for the money back from Booking.

: Beautiful location. The owners are very nice and helpful. I loved enjoying the solitude with a Nespresso every morning.
: We were there in the heat of summer and one of the air conditioners broke. Unfortunately, it was the one right above the bed and it had leaked all over the bed while we were out. The owners did what they could but theres not much you can do about a soaked bed. We were also really disappointed that the jacuzzi was broken. It was one of the reasons we chose this property over the others.
