  : modern with good sized bedrooms and large bed nice shower
  : several of the reception staff were unfriendlyone was rude, unhelpful and argumentative air conditioning wasnt working, so bedroom was unbearable at night, and uncomfortable during the day. only one window opened and traffic very noisy day and night, as on a main roadno service in Coral restaurant at breakfast and again staff were unfriendly. no allergen information so very limited for me- I took my own cereal in!I could say more.

  : The extra large room in the Junior Suite with a very comfortable bed. The room was exceptionally clean.The sushi in the restaurant was a very high standard.
  : The shower design , without a shower door, made for very wet and dangerous floors. The coffee and tea in the room were poor standard and not replenished. The rooms were uncomfortablely hot as were all areas of the hotel. Odd lighting in the room.The bar and restaurant were dark and unwelcoming. Staff need better training in service and customer care.The breakfast was very average for a hotel of this standard and rate. Again, the staff looked uncomfortable and made guests feel uncomfortable. The road is very noisy as are lower floor rooms when functions are taking place. Seems confused as to whether it's a hotel or a events venue.

  : Nice big room, good location. I had a room at the back of the hotel, away from the main road, so it was quieter and much cooler. The hotel has a good gym and a very nice sushi restaurant.
  : Main road rooms were really hot as no a/c in May. Breakfast was a bit sad, but I've had worse.

  : + spacious rooms and relatively clean as well + free parking in outdoor parking + parking garage + gym looked nice with enough equipment + staff was reasonably friendly
  : - very high price for Romania and Pitesti and definitely not matching the quality of the hotel and its amenities (it was more expensive than much better hotels in Bucharest, for example) - carpet on the floor seems old and had many stains - the dedicated shower doesn't have a door, so after showering, half of the bathroom is flooded. - very unstable WiFi - during the majority of the stay the WiFi was either not working at all or disconnecting and reconnecting frequently - unacceptable for a premium hotel with many business travelers - breakfast was very disappointing for a hotel of this category and this price level - there was not even fresh bread (only toast bread) or very few fruit options - dark/gloomy atmosphere in some parts of the hotel and some areas had construction equipment lying around - would deserve some renovation and refitting - "spa area" is very small with a small sauna and whirlpool and had a weird smell
