  : great location
  : only stayed 1 night out of 3 and only because we arrived at 1am. booked what was supposed to be a 4 bedroom house, advertised as 60 sqm, it was at best 25sqm. basic apartments, uncomfortable beds, dated furniture and stained sofa, not possible to open shutters and got absolutely harassed by the host. not even possible to open a suitcase in a room with double bed.

  : The advertised "mountain view" did not apply to the ground-floor guest house we stayed in out back.

  : Nice comfortable apartment with relatively small to mid size living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and large terrace (we stayed at our request on 1st floor). Peaceful setting in the country site. Well equipped. Close to supermarket in Trinchi and Pisticci (nothing special but worth a visit). We also visited Matera (app. 45 minutes by car) which is an exceptional city and worth the drive. Nice wide beaches (not too crowded) advised by Giuseppe at 20 minutes. Giuseppe is a great and helpful host who follows up quickly on questions and requests. He got us at our request a sun umbrella for the terrace where it can become quite hot. Nice views over the area. Family lives downstairs. Secure closed gate and green garden.
  : Nothing we did not like but be aware that location is a bit isolated in the country site and road to accommodation is a bit bumpy. Giuseppe pinpointed the exact location. Limited choice of restaurants in the area. Be prepared to pay cash or by PayPal.
