  : I was under the assumption it was a lone condo the whole building is condos. I wouldve liked a singular place.

  : please refer to the photo listed on item #5. I traveled with my 14 year old daughter and 2 of her friends. The intent was to relax and let them have a little freedom and let them explore without Dad (Which is me). Once I saw that sign on the door; Everything went downhill from there. I am really upset with the whole situation . We had multiple issues with the TVs . The Keurig coffee maker did not work. In addition; After explicitly follow directions about leaving keys in lock box, I received a text on the way home that keys were not there !! I dont know how many people have access to lock box but this WRONG !

  : Location was great if youre willing to walk and get steps in. Private parking garage was nice to allow security, didnt drive anywhere for 3 days.
  : I didnt like lobby was open to allow bums to come in and smoke and squat for the night. Distance to the beach and town was good, but couldnt hear or get the feel of the ocean waves, and got the vibe of cheep generic condo.

  : The condo is cosy and the two-level setup with beds below and living and dining above is great. Having a balcony is also a plus, though it is a bit narrow and looks across a largely dirt covered backyard and a budget motel one lot over. The kitchen is well equipped and appliances generally work well, though the toaster oven is pretty old and toasting was sketchy. Oven, fridge and microwave are all quite nice and work well. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and well lit. The two TVs are nice, though they are both located at the edge of the room narrowing the viewing angle considerably. The bedroom TV had a wide range of subscription services available (Netflix, Disney+, etc). The shag carpeting is soft and comfortable for bare feet. The wash/dryer work well, though dryer is wedged into narrow space, making controls hard to reach. There are some nice card games, a bunch of DVDs, and supplied soaps, shampoos, etc. The downstairs gated parking is very convenient.
  : The furniture here is distinctly down-market (except for the beds), with cheap table and chairs and sofas whose cushions are not well padded at all. They are functional, but are often not comfortable to sit in for any length of time. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear the neighbor's TV a bit too well. The shower drain was slow to clear. The supplied toilet paper was definitely low-end (very rough) so recommend you bring your own. There is a distant sliver of ocean to see from patio, but the view is mostly of a dirt patch and budget motel that can be noise when people are standing on its upper walkway. Finally, definitely need to use the supplied water filter in fridge (or bring your own water) as the tap water has a distinctly unpleasant aftertaste (at least to us).
