Disappointing

  : I want to share that on 25.09, for most of the day and all evening, there was no electricity and no water! We had a terrible evening! We were forced to go to a restaurant to eat, use a toilet and electricity to charge mobile devices! This action cost us 150 euros for four people! The products in the fridge have gone bad! I expect adequate compensation for the inconvenience caused

  : Fabulous pool. Right on a beautiful sandy beach.1 bedroom apartment just about spacious enough for 4. Lovely balcony. Located near shops and restaurants and with a bus stop outside the door. The on-site restaurants were good and the staff were lovely- especially the girl at reception
  : Very little shelter on the balcony so couldn't use it most of the day( the umbrella only shades a little bit) pull out awnings would be so much better. An electric kettle for the kitchen to heat water would be great.The pool closes very early- places I have stayed in Spain the pool usually closes 10 pm ( with no life guard after 7 pm).Only two chairs allocated to our party of four at the beach- we were advised to rent two more for 100 euros for the week which we didn't do.This meant we never sat at the beach at all during the week. We never used our chairs and umbrella ( and almost all the chairs were empty each time we went there). We just went to the beach to swim which was lovely but then went back to the pool to sit or lie down. We saw other people doing this too.I think this perceived meanness is poor business strategy because you are paying a person to guard the entrance to the beach but he is supervising loads and loads of empty chairs!

  : Great location. Very nice resort. Very clean apartment. No fighting for sun loungers. Great pool. Lovely seaside location.

  : The location is great - few meters from a lovely shore. There are a couple of nice restaurants on site and a large swimming pool which accommodates many people without getting too crowded. It was very helpful to have the swimming pool because the sea was rough for a couple of days and our kids could then swim in the pool.
  : The common areas were OK but the apartment had lots of parts that would need a deep cleaning or a replacement. The hood on top of the cooking area was actually not connected, the cooking plates were old and badly maintained, the cabinets were not very clean, several metal parts in the apartment were rusty, the sofa bed was not good.
