  : The business center provided all of my computer and printing needs. The pool looked appealing. The area was nice and quiet. Cookies were offered with coffee. However, the coffee was old and there were no cookies left for a late-night snack. Parking was easy and close to the entrances.
  : The landscaping needs upgrading and let's begin by just cutting the grass. The beds need to be replaced with a comfortable mattress. My back was aching when I woke up. The walls need repainting. The hotel is outdated and needs remodeling bad as it looks like scenes from a 1980s movie "Designing Women." I would have liked a room upstairs as there was a lot of noise from surrounding guests.

  : the breakfast was nonextant, not even a doughnut or a cookie. The desk clerk said I would have to speak to Manager to get reimbursed for the breakfast that I had to go down the Hwy to buy. Naturally the manager was not there.
  : Stained carpet, mold in shower and dust on furniture.

  : The staff was not knowledgeable about procedures with booking.com and refused to let us stay there, they also have no responded to bookings emails so that I could get a refund for the room. So we are out almost $300 for a room we didn’t get to stay in they left me and my 3 kids with no where to go and did not care one bit

  : There was no TV our stay. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. I asked if management could refund and the staff was rude and said there was nothing they could do. We had kids in the room with us. It’s very hard to occupy kids with no tv. I will say the maintenance man was very helpful. He tried going ti a few open rooms to see if any had tv. I work in customer service and I understand things happen out of our control but you should try your best to take care of the guest. We are a choice rewards member and this experience has def made us rethink where we will stay moving forward.
