  : Location was very convenient to town.
  : The property was extremely sparse. Very cheaply built, no hair dryer, no coffee filters,,, no decaf coffee,, a refrigerator whose motor was so loud it kept us up at night, No on site management to discuss these issues with.

  : it was a little hard to open up the door to the laundry;once the manager explained how to push on the doorto open it due to the humidity it worked okay.

  : The proximity to the town of Pinetop but also the feel of seclusion of being in the “woods”. I was also very pleased it had an area for your dog to play and relieve themselves. Our bed was very comfy as well and the cabin was well heated. I liked the faux electric fireplace too.
  : The deluxe king cabin had a dishwasher instead of an oven. I would much rather have an oven because there were only two of us and we really didn’t need a dishwasher (it already had a sink to wash dishes). And I had to “bake” my biscuits on a “shared” gas grill with my neighbors. Also, I would recommend putting some solar lights up in the dog park area because it was very dark in the evening when I had to take my dogs out to do their thing.

  : This was a beautiful property, even covered in snow. The beds were very comfortable and everything was easy to use and very simple. It was nice to have the sink, with ample counter space, separate from the toilet and tub. The staff was not on site but were easy to contact and responded quickly. If you are looking for a mountain getaway that feels more like your own this is the place. Great place to go with multiple families and friends to have your private space and a community space to gather, play, and eat outdoors.

  : I love being able to wake up and look into the pines. The room was clean and the location was quiet. I didn't have contact with any staff but I'm sure they are awesome!
