  : Staff went out of their way to ensure we caught the right bus to the local train station on leaving. The breakfast was very comprehensive and truly international. The famous local castle was a very short walk away as was a special local restaurant and the bus stop.
  : Could not use a travel kettle or charge PC when out.

  : Location was fabulous for visiting the Ogrodzieniec ruins. We were able to walk there easily. Room was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant.
  : We had to change rooms because lights were broken. Another group there played loud music until after 1:00 am. Dog barking outside our window until midnight.

  : Cleanliness, the floor wasn't clean (sand and stones on the carpet). Staff wasn't understanding English and wasn't the most comprehensive for issue we encountered.

  : First of all stay away from this property, we booked the same day as we were drving from skiing trip from Austria and needed the place to sleep for 1 night from the photos it looked nice so we booked it. In reality the photos are very photoshoped nothing near what you expect also the comunications was teribale we booked thesame day and they did not inform us that the restaurant will not work as there is a big party all the hotel was booked for that the party lasted until 5 o clock with 3 times the fire siren whent off we did not get any sleep in the morning the breakfeast are was very unclean and there was like food from yesterdays party leftovers for us. Very very unhappy if you are thinking of booking it think again there are other near by that or similar price and maybe treat the guest with some respect

  : - The locations great when exploring Szlak Orlich Gniazd, also Ogrodzieniec zamek is within 15 min walk- The ladies at the reception and in the restaurant were very nice and helpful- The room was ok
  : - I booked the hotel mostly because of the breakfasts but the breakfast looked like someones really saving on it all the three mornings of our stay. People queued for rarely added omelette as the only warm option, the coffee machine got broken and replaced with instant coffee, the was a little bit of tomatoes and cucumbers as vegetables and no fruits or pastry etc.- The room looked a bit worn out and the soundproofing from the corridor and the next room was not the best.
