  : I was over charged of what the full amount was when I reserved this location my total was supposed to been $758.92 and I was charged over 900 dollars and when I asked about it at the check in desk no one seemed to no what was going on and no one could give me any answers I’m still waiting for some of my money back.

  : the sofa bed is horrible needs new mattress. was unable to sleep on it; The luggage cart had flat tire and some low tires. made it hard to push.

  : Very dirty throughout! Broken appliances. The two large burners on stove didn’t work. Ice maker was broke and if we turned it on it didn’t make ice but instead ran water to the refrigerator. First day came home to flood on kitchen floor. No liners for the coffee maker. Lack of usable utensils and cookware. No dishwasher soap. Stains on carpets and walls. Furniture very worn and filthy. Broken chair on patio. Outside lights not working on patio and entrance door. WIFI had very poor performance and no option for a secure WiFi (we weren’t able to do our work/job) TV remotes didn’t work. The person before left all the TV’s on but we weren’t able to change channels and had to turn them off with the button on the TV. The worst was how terribly dirty the condo was. Socks and clean feet turned black wali g on the floors and carpets.

  : The condo was very clean. It was a great location for LeConte Center and restaurants.
  : Mattresses on both beds as well as sofabed were very lumpy and hard. Never felt anything quite like those before! The trash dumpster was far away.

  : Room was not dusted in a very long time from amount of dust I saw in bedroom and living room. The dishes were not all clean and the floors definitely were not swept properly. Nothing moved including doors to clean behind. Found 72 cents on floors, dirt and cobwebs. The lazy river had no water in it our first two and half days. Got filled and by 3rd day water was below the ft tiles. Also, I guess they was remodeling the room above us... starting between 5 and 6 am all we heard was racket, up, down the steps and at 8 am sounded like someone was trying to come through the floor. Went on till noon every day. Hammering, saw, etc. Extremely loud. Hint of advice know matter how booked you never put guest near, below or above rooms being remodeled. I worked 10 yrs in hotel and this was always a standard for guests. People do not vacation to hear noise from construction at 5am. You have no idea how long people have been up or the extent of their activities while on vacation.
