  : The actual location of the property is not in the spot advertised on Booking.com. We found this out after the owner contacted us with details. The cabin itself and amenities were the same and were excellent.

  : The porch and swing were great and my kids loved the huge TV and pool table!
  : The main floor bathroom has a leak. It leaks into the basement bathroom. There was water droplets from the ceiling and a constant puddle on the floor. The cleanliness was less than desireable. The trashcan is gross and smells. I observed multiple spiderwebs on light fixtures, corners, etc. There was also a substantial amount of dust on the decorations in the kitchen and on the baseboards. They looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while! The hottub needs to be cleaned as well. When we opened the cover there was a film on the water and lots of floaters. Lastly we had no broom or vacuum to sweep up crumbs.

  : The hotub lights weren’t functioning & there was a wasp nest in the housing for the hot tub on the back deck. Therefore we couldn’t fully enjoy it or risk being stung.

  : Decent location and decent rooms - nice and clean on arrival.
  : No outside lights especially in the back of the cabin for hot tub use. After 8:00pm, you could not see or find the hot tub, pitch dark.Trouble with all of the TV's.............too may remote controls.....instruction on the proper usage of the TV's in bedrooms would have been more useful.Could use a few more bath towels in each bathroom.Otherwise, decent place

  : Once we got into the cabin, we loved it! Plenty of space, kitchen well stocked, great hot tub, had fun playing pool! Hemlock Hills rep was very helpful once their office opened.
  : Booking.com failed to forward the communication from Hemlock Hills Cabins with the correct door key code. Could not get in the first night. Ended up having to get a hotel for the first night. Booking.com's customer service was terrible. She demanded to know why we were arriving to the property so late. Then she hung up on me without even apologizing for our inconvenience.

  : upkeep - cleanliness - grass was knee high - down stairs door would not close - bees were boring holes in the wood around the porch. - needs painting - main floor bathroom tub did not drain well.
