  : The rooms were nasty, no towels or washcloths was nothing like the pictures or videos I will never stay there. I ask for my money back still haven't received it and they charged my credit card 75 dollars extra

  : No breakfast, staff had an , I don't care attitude. Room floor was black. Not just dirty. No towels, no wash cloths ran out of a already partially used rl of toilet with no spare.

  : We couldn't stay. The first room had been smoked in and my 75 year old mother is asthmatic and there was feces on the door frame of the bathroom no towels no toilet paper spit on the faucet and mirror just to start then they were not happy with the complaint told me to check out a different room which had 1 towel and toilet paper but there was organic growth on the wall and the molding pulled away from the wall and a toilet brush between molding and HVAC unit the shower wall was dirty and we told them we couldn't stay there and asked for a refund. The girl at the front desk asked for my email said she would have the manager issue a refund for everything but one night I asked why it was not my fault the rooms were disgusting. She grabbed the key cards out of my hand I asked how long the refund would take she said who knows I asked if she would write down the managers name and number she wrote Amanda on a key card envelope and I said can I have a number or email she said you can contact through booking I asked for paperwork she said there was none and that I could leave. I have emailed and sent pictures and booking has attempted also to get my money refunded and I have still not received any response. I was so disappointed as I stayed here 3 years ago and the place was clean and staff was so nice you will not get that now. If I were Howard Johnson or Wyndham I would not want my name attached to this place.

  : It was roaches and hair on the floor and bathroom. The bed bottom sheets had stairs on them. There was blood on the wall. The stuff was very rude. No towels in room and when I asked could I could towels they rudely said they don't have any. Booking.com was no help with getting me another hotel. It was a HORRIBLE experience. I wouldn't stay there again if it was feee
