: The location is great, right on the Main Street in Pigeon Forge with all the attractions. The breakfast is a voucher for pancakes at a restaurant across the street which seemed weird at first but it was delicious and the service was great. The room was alright, it was old but had been renovated with some nice features.
: It is an exterior exit like a motel, not a true hotel. The property is aged a bit and shows some wear and tear like peeling plaster/paint on the walls.

: I loved the location.
: It could use some updating. I paid 177 for the room. There was peeling paint and discolored ceilings. I almost fell through the desk chair cushion. The hotel just seemed rundown. I am sure the price was because of location. Also they don't tell you that included breakfast is across the street. I am not fighting Pigeon Forge traffic for pancakes.
