  : Gary at the reception was exceptional. He was welcoming, helpful and generally a lovely young man. I enjoyed our chats while so far from home.

  : Room had a Full size bed when it advertised a Queen and that's what was paid for. The room was not clean, nor was there any towels in the room or any soap/toiletries. Had to actually go to the front desk to get them, not that the staff could bring them up to the room. Would not recommend this place.

  : Breakfast wasn't horrible, front desk woman I believe her name is Denise is very friendly.
  : My husband and I got stranded in Pierre for a few days over July 4th due to my car breaking down. The manager has boundary issues. He was friendly at first but got kind of weird after awhile. He first told me that I was the most beautiful person he's ever seen. I thought it was a joke because I'm not some gorgeous person. I'm an average looking person. He asked for a selfish with me. Then he asked if I have social media which I admittedly showed him since he overheard me talk about while listening to a phone conversation with a friend while I was in the lobby- to which he sent me a message, I did not answer nor did I accept a friend request.He asked if I had a whatsapp that I said no to, but I do. Once I got home, I see a message from him snd then he kept trying to call me via video call on it. I blocked him on all social media when I got home. I also don't know how he got my Whatsapp information since I refused to give him my number when he asked for it. My assumption is that he looked at my booking information to find my phone number. Is that even legal? He was really creepy.

  : The railroad track!! Lol we loved waking up to the train in the middle of the night. No joke. We're rail fans
  : The carpets were dirty, the shower had hair in it. The breakfast was okay. The hand soap bars were so tiny I had to ask for more after one night. Probably wouldn't stay here again. The staff was friendly enough.

  : first room the tv remote didnt work, then moved to different room and it had an odor, found a dead cockroach on the floor, no ice bucket or glasses and no wash clothes.

  : NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING...!!!!!
  : The hotel was dirty,the lobby,the room the hotel in general. We booked 2 days and left after 1. One of the staff made a sequel comment to my fiance. She has filed a complaint with the state hotel surveyors. The experience was terrible.
