  : Central location of thermal island in Piestany, historically the best 5* hotel there. Everything in stylish, you dive in rich 20th Century (before First World War times). IRMA wellness and spa center works perfect, very comfortable thermal pools - indoor and outdoor. Absolutely fantastic kitchen in restaurant - from breakfast to dinner!

  : We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the Palace. The grounds are nice and enjoyed walking the paths to other gardens, little shops, and cafes, etc. I had high hopes for this as I booked online prior to our trip. I will say that there was another spa we randomly went to on our trip prior to our stay here, which contributed to comparing, as the Palace was significantly more expense than the other. Overall though, it was lovely and would maybe stay again, or come just to use the facilities. The staff was kind and helpful and it was easy to book spa appointments the day of.
  : It was a bit difficult to find at least from the directions provided by google maps. You have to turn while on the bridge which is kind of hidden and you're not really expecting - which I was not understanding. After a few trips back and forth on the bridge we finally figured it out.

  : The ladies in the resection. They was not friendly and so slow to prepare the key for our room. and very rude I will not visit this hotel again

  : Staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and keen to please. Nice cafe with tasty snack. Nice looking building and surroundings. Large, most comfortable beds ever and great blanket. Gym is very well equipped.
  : Breakfast is not quite the choice and quality you'd expect for the price. Lady at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant checking for a very long time whether we are on the list or not.... really annoying, then directing us to a table that was not prepared, did not get prepared after us waiting for a while, so we had to go back and ask for cutlery and the rest. Very little place for cars at the parking in front of the hotel

  : The basic beauty of the 1912 building and the pool area
  : It was obviously refurbished the the nineties and nothing since then. You cant recharge your phone near your bed, everything is dated, very very nineties. Not a 5 star hotel of today for sure! The food was less than mediocre, slow and unwilling service, lousy reception services (except the door men)

  : The air conditioner in the room works to heat the air only. The food at the hotel does not live up to the stated stars. The food is poor. Price and quality do not match. To date the hotel has been disappointing. This is not the same hotel as before
