  : Unable to use the swimming pool because no water inside. They said that the next day will be ready but we have booked only 1 night. Bad coffee.. jacuzzi dirty and smelling bad. Dirty glasses. Unable to use it.just to sleep it is ok but not more.

  : The fact that when i arrived i pay all,from booking i had spa access included in the room rate,but no,i had to pay extra! Also in the morning at breakfast,after i eat the lady say to me: you must pay the bottle of water i say : what???!!?! Yes,3 ron, its not about the money,its about the fact that i payed the breakfast and i was thinking that all is included,but no!

  : -good location (if you are with a car) -parking -quite place, good to relax -big and new room -balcony with a great view -not much noises around
  : -Weak water stream in the shower -2 beds was joined together, instead of 1 big bed -it would be comfortable to have soft chairs or sofa -Hotel staff doesnt speak even basic English. All hotel information was written in Romanian, which we didnt understand. Because of that we had a bad experience regarding swimming pool. Normally, all over the world, if the hotel has a swimming pool, its free of charge. However, not in this hotel. We went to swim, nobody told us, we gonna be charged for that, and there was no price list shown. So next day upon check out, the lady at reception met us with a receipt and told us that we have to pay for SPA. It was very disappointing and frustrating, because nobody notify us before. We paid 60 ton, (30 each). For me, this is not acceptable at all, this case ruined my pleasant impression of this hotel. Feels like they dont care about foreigners. I can advice to make a sign in English which will inform the customers, about such charges.

  : Spa needs steam room and would be better if ventilation was in pool area its wet with steam Slippy dangerous The sauna handle of the door needs fixing and children running in and out opening closing door every second Chairs are all wet re steam in room from pool heating no dry area Nice showers Need kettle coffee tea in room Shower didnt fully work Balcony nice They need to speak English I also did booking .com but the charged me at hotel didnt go from booking .com Price was good but spa price high for type of spa Nice and clean in room parking good
