  : Very good location in the historic district, variety of restaurants and bars nearby. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Nice roof top pool (which was a lifesaver during the heatwave).
  : Aircon unit was a bit noisy, but not a big deal.

  : We could never get our room in this hotel which we had booked 6 months before and paid in totality. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30AM. The room was ready but we were asked to pay 50 USD if we wanted to get the room before the official check-in time which was at 3:00PM. In consequence, we just left our luggage in the storage room. When we came back at 4:45PM, many people were waiting at the reception desk with only one person to attend. There was apparently a computer problem. We had to wait until 6:30PM just to learn, in the end, that nothing could be done : it was impossible to check in even if the room had already been paid 6 months before and even if we had the supporting documents to prove it. The receptionist told us to find another accommodation by ourselves (it was 6:30PM and we did not have a car). The incredible thing, considering the situation and the standard of the hotel, was that there was no manager in the lobby, nobody in charge.In the end, we had to book a room at the last moment, in another hotel of the same category but at a much higher price. We later wrote to the hotel to complain but they did not even have the politeness to answer. We have never witnessed such contempt for customers. It is absolutely scandalous !
