: Great owner. On arrival we received fruit, homemade cake and drinks. We also got entrance tickets for nearby hotel sand beach, which is great for kids. The very last day we could stay at the house until the evening. Great location of the appartment, close to local shop and nice beaches (sand, pebble, rocky....). Quiet place.
: Small bathroom, although practically arranged. Air conditioning only in the living room. Some windows were difficult to close.

: We were very satisfied with the accommodation, the owner was very friendly, hospitable and willing to help. When we arrived at the apartment there was even a fruit, pastries and a cold drink. The apartment is a bitsmall, but it met all our needs (air conditioning, TV, internet, small terrace, close to food & grocery store, bakery, pastry shop and restaurant, relatively close to the beach, we had a car parking just in front of apartment). We also liked it because it wasnt crowded anywhere (not even on the beach), which is especially important nowadays because of the coronavirus. The owner also provided us with cards that allowed us access to the private Falkensteiner beach. The beach is fantastic, extremely clear emerald water.
: A bit too small bathroom. We had a negative experience with the staff at the Falkensteiner hotel (which in front of the beach, where we went every day) who behaved as if they had buy whole world, and quite in the police manner they stopped us and demanded a card when we returned from the beach and took a (forbidden???) shortcut to our apartment, meanwhile a storm was brewing.

: The landlord was very nice, gave us a lot of help and prepared us rich fruit and even drinks and beer. It is also convenient to go to the seaside, the water is very clear, the children have a good time
