  : Clean digs in a central location. Reasonably equipped kitchenette.
  : Communication poor through website. Made for slow responses. Location is good and bad. Conveniently central, but also right where the street workers hang out. They can be very loud at 2-3am.

  : Car park security gates broken, bins overspiled outside rubbish Everywhere allocated parking space was filled, when spoke to staff there attitude was awful basically nothing they could do and had no interest on trying to find a solution. Sofa really uncomfortable . No local information in apartment which would of been helpful

  : A good size apartment with an allotted carpark, amenities close by and easy walk to city centre.
  : Unfortunately there were issues with broken toilet seat, no light in the kitchen, very basic kitchen utensils with no frypan available, incorrect internet information. The worst part was the lack of communication from Progressive Lets - no answer to 3 messages and a phone call about problems.

  : The apartment was nice. I had no problems in it at all other than with the sofa which is ridiculously small
  : Where to start problems with check in, incorrect information, drug dealers shooting up in the alley adjacent to my living room and bedroom. Fights in the alley over drugs or between drunk people. a girl so wasted one day I offered to take her to hospital. Clients using the alley and car park with prostitutes, and this morning when I was trying to check out piles of fresh vomit and broken bottles under and around the key safe. I could go on and on but wont. One taxi driver who dropped me off one night actually waited to see me safely into the building, warning me it wasnt safe. I slept on my sons sofa three nights just so I could sleep without being woken by fights. Anyway, thats enough.
