  : Location - depends. If the goal is to spend the days on the beach, then very good. The clean and sandy beach is across the road (busy traffic). The apartment has enough space (three bedrooms) and two air conditioners. A decent fridge. One bathroom. Grocery stores 10 minutes away, center 20-25 minutes. Enough restaurants nearby across the street.
  : The apartment is old-fashioned and tired, far from the last century, including creaking iron beds, curtains, table cloth, etc. Both air conditioners are in the hallway, so the bedroom doors must be kept open. Quite noisy, traffic in front of the house and flight corridor above the house (maybe only in summer). The cleaning agent used to clean the kitchen smelled unpleasant all week. The host did not speak a word of English and did not respond to messages.
