  : Staff is very friendly, the structure is beautiful. The staff read our massage and provide a double bed for us even though we booked the last twin bed room!
  : The room is small, hard to open even 1 suitcase in the room.

  : The owner was really friendly and the house was at a beautiful location in the hills. The room was basic but not too small. The bed was good, the swimming pool was nice (salty water). Breakfast was good, but not as it looks in the pictures (I guess because of covid). There was a ranch on the same domain, which was nice.
  : Unfortunately, our room was really noisy, we heard everything from the bathroom in the room next to ours, so much that we were woken up multiple times during the night. We stayed for 3 nights, and slept really bad each night. It's surprising that this was not mentioned in the reviews before. The bathroom could use a good cleaning, they clearly forgot to clean the sink and faucet, the mirror was also dirty. I had the feeling there was not much attention for the covid situation. Except for some bottles of disinfection, almost no one was wearing a mask, not even the owner herself. This gave me an uncomfortable feeling. Overall: it was okay, but I would not come back.

  : Really enjoyed our stay at Badia. What stood out was the service and enthusiasm of the staff. Nothing was too much and they were really flexible. The room was clean and the breakfast outstanding. Pool facility and garden were great.

  : The place is amazing and the staff is very friendly. It's far away from the city and the road, so you can enjoy the calm nature around the area.

  : Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Space in the rooms. Views and sorroundings. Breakfast is varied (for italian standards) and tasty (special mention for the superb scrambled eggs and tasty cakes).
  : My stay was great. I struggle to find anything negative worth mentioning. Rooms sound isolation is low (mostly due to traditional door) but personally i had no problem with noise during this stay, as well as in previous ones.

  : Really nice agriturismo. Located close to Pesaro and the highway exit so easy to reach, but still located on a quiet spot. Friendly staff and nice swimming pool. Als beds were very good.
  : Room is not so big, so we struggled a bit to find a place for all our stuff. Also no refrigirator on the room, which would be a big plus. But you can take drinks from the fridge downstairs (paid)
