: Location perfect 3 out of 4 rooms were roomy and comfortable Nice updated bathroom Plenty of games and books to keep everyone occupied Lovely big garden
: I have sent a more detailed message through booking.com The kitchen had Ant poison container sitting on work top and what appeared to be ant powder on kitchen floor, running alongside kick board, dishwasher and fridge. Not the kind of thing you expect to see when arriving at your holiday destination. Crumbs in freezer drawers and food left by previous occupants. Cobwebs on ceiling and the dust that was blown off dresser in kitchen when the wind blew into kitchen. Some of the cookware needs replacing as they were all scratched and looked past their best. Uncomfortable twin beds which in my opinion were not suitable for adults, you could feel the metal springs when you sat on the bed or when lying down. Not enough garden chairs for 8 adults, especially as we all wanted to sit together and enjoy the lovely weather.

: The location and the overall property itself were impressive. Facilities for cooking and cleaning were very good and the living spaces were spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms were comfortable and plentiful in space.
: The check out time was a little early especially with a toddler and this was something that wasn't easy to deal with. The cleanliness was overall good but under beds and and some of the furniture there was visible dust. The price paid for 3 nights and the cleaning fee is quite expensive but overall it was very good.

: Lovely cottage in a great location. The house was very comfortable for 8 of us, with good facilities and nice extras like a variety of games and DVDs. Cleaning stuff and toiletries all supplied which is always nice! The house was warm and cozy, a real home from home.St Fillans was a lovely wee village with a few pubs and a village store which also served drinks and snacks, and managed to accommodate all 8 of us on a busy Saturday afternoon.Comrie and Crieff were both lovely trips, with Macrosty Park in Crieff being superb for children. Spectacular scenery all around, a wonderful part of Scotland.
: The garden furniture could be improved, the garden was lovely and we would have sat out if there had been more furniture.
