  : I like the clean, modern design of Tru hotels. Great beds, comfortable and clean!

Disappointing

  : Checked in at midnight and the lobby was dark! No lights. I have never been into any resorts or hotels that were dark inside. My kids and I were having midnight snacks at the lobby with no lights since there’s no microwave in the room. My husband was looking for an orange juice for my toddler and the front desk girl didn’t let him take any. She even yelled at us saying “You should go back to the room once you’re done eating!!” Her tone was unpleasant and she isn’t professional at all. We have never heard such a tone and demands from other hotels. She was texting during her shift too, and I have never seen any other unprofessional receptionist like her. Hilton hotels will be off my list.

  : Was clean and very modern. Bathroom shower was great.
  : Room was a little small. No carpeting made it less comfortable but we had our dog with us so maybe it helps the hotel room stay clean.

  : Room needed more cleaning. Dried food on counter and floor needed mopping. We cleaned it up with a washcloth

  : Location was good with everything near by.
  : Bathroom shower was filthy.It smelled of per odor. Our floors were covered in pet hair. Our sheets had stains on them. They tried to charge us twice for one room even though we paid for both rooms on booking.com.
