Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available cot.
People no matter the age stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Hotel Stadt Magdeburg in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the restaurant and the bar are on the ground floor and can be accessed by wheelchair.

However the rooms are located in the top floor, and can only be accessed by steps.

If you have to check in after 22:00, you must call the property in advance. Reception is open between 11:00 and 22:00 from Mondays to Saturdays.

When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of 5 euros per dog, per night applies. Please inform the hotel before traveling.
