  : Rooms were clean and comfortable. Basic, but serviceable.
  : Service was terrible. We waited half an hour for someone to even show up at the front desk. When she did, she was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Tried to ask for an extra blanket and she literally groaned out loud at us from the office where she was on her phone. Will not be returning.

  : My girlfriend and I came into town recently for a friend's wedding. The staff was super nice and easy to talk to. Bed and pillows were really comfy and clean, and the bathroom was also really clean! We were pleasantly surprised with how the interior of our room looked, it's way more updated and nice than what some of the pictures on booking lead me to believe.
  : There was a weird stain by our coffee/mini fridge area but it's pretty easy to tell that someone had previously just spilt some coffee and the staff wasn't able to get it in time before the stain set in. The parking lot did feel a little unsafe at night, I didn't think my car would be broken into but my girlfriend is a smoker and I got a little worried about her safety at night.

  : The hotel was filthy, front doors didn’t work properly, hotel is literally falling apart, carpets are a trip hazard as they are wrinkled and filthy, bathrooms had hair that wasn’t mine, had not had a deep clean in years, rooms smelled, carpet in elevator was black from filth. This should not be listed as a 3 star hotel, it’s a 1 at best and frankly should not even be listed

  : The location was perfect for a event at the civic center. Walking distance to that event. The value was excellent.
  : The hotel needs alot of love. It's tired and needs major improvements. The carpet in our room needs to be removed or very well cleaned. The on site restaurant has been permanently closed when we stayed.
