  : The cleanliness of the property was extremely disappointing. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. Clumps of hair all over bedroom carpets. Unwashed pots in cupboards. Shower was dirty. Microwave was dirty.

  : I liked keys were in the lock , the location was amazing area , apartament was clean but not exceptionally clean - I found socks and hairs after previous people , quiet calm area ,
  : Water tap in the kitchen constantly falling down Smell of mould / humidity in the room after 15 min of keeping clothes in wardrobe they got this smell Radiators - electric very small ones when it was rainy it was cold and it was taking ages to keep rooms warm hopefully we had our blankets , silicone in shower didnt let you close the shower , no tea coffee in apartment and just one toilet roll - we had to buy literally everything I was thinking that nowadays toilet paper radiators tea coffee in the room is something what is standard so was a bit surprised

  : The location was perfect, with a nice sea view from the kitchen. It was great to have a designated parking bay. The beds were very comfortable.
  : Unfortunately as soon as we walked into the building we could smell damp. This extended to the bedding and bed linen which smelt stuffy and unwashed, we actually went and bought our own pillows and sheets for the stay. This is obviously a problem due to the crystal dehumidifiers in the property. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need to cook a large meal, except there were no plates or mugs, the most basic things needed. We also went out and bought these and left them for future guests.

  : The location is brilliant, literally 5 minutes by train to St ives (10min door to door), 3 minutes walk to the south west coastal path, smart tv in the aptmnt, nice garden, very quiet area, the beach is 5 minutes walk away but fair warning its a bit of a hill (as you'd expect). Hosts send a lot of details and are very clear about everything if you choose to read it, all the others in the surrounding apartments were also nice and polite. The size of the apartment is good, it is very accurate to the pictures. Would stay again.
  : Loses maybe half a point as one shower door roller was missing but that seems very temporary, a smart tv with no wifi seems an odd choice but you can just hotspot it no big deal

  : Basic sauces(salt, pepper, sugar, etc) and utensils were provided, so good to cook. The place was clean and located in a calm and safe area. Good to have a holiday.
  : No internet access. The wheel of the door of the shower booth was broken so it was hard to close the door, looked easy to splash water to the floor of the bathroom.
