  : Lovely and exceptionally clean. Lovely hosts,very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast, good choice of food . Parking is a bonus. Would recommend Bay lodge to anyone.

  : Bay Lodge B&B in Penzance is a good base for exploring the SW Cornwall area with on-site parking. Very good full breakfast along with very friendly and helpful owners. Rooms are small but comfortable. No sitting room other than the dining area means it is not the place to hang out. But lots to do close by by foot, bike or car.

  : Very clean accommodation. Friendly and helpful owners. Breakfast was ok. Issue with the waste in the shower was resolved immediately.
  : We thought the details on Booking.com were somewhat misleading: family room boasting walk in shower = a very small basic shower cubicle with an electric shower offering poor water pressure. The bathroom was like a small cupboard: the basin was a tiny cloakroom basin with a shelf and soap dispenser immediately above it so leaning over to wash face/clean teeth was awkward! Small bath towels. The bedroom was very small with dated decor - there were only two of us and couldnt imagine being in there with a family! Private entrance with patio and BBQ = the general front door of the B&B with a table and two chairs by the door next to the main road into Penzance. The sea view was interrupted by the main road and the railway line. From the reviews it looks like many people love this place so thats great but to be honest comparing the actual accommodation to the description on Booking.com we were very disappointed.

  : Easy to find and great location for travel links and the town centre. Comfortable and clean. Claire and Kevin are great hosts, very warm and welcoming. Great variety of breakfast choice and cooked to perfection.
