  : when we checked into our room ( we booked thru Bookings.com) , the assigned room was unaceptable. the air conditioning intake was clogged with dust and debri, the room was very humid and stale, the entry was very slippery and almost fell, the TV was broken. first was told they were fully booked and we could not be moved to another room, then they told us to move to room 405- it was a wreck and not ready for occupancy ,after 2.5 hours of waiting we had to leave to find other accomidations. it was my wifes 80 birthday celebration at our daughters house and we were over an hour late gettting there. There we many other disgruntled guests with similar problems. staff was not able to deal with multiple problems. We havw since been billed for the stay and will not pay the charges!
