  : booked as sleeps 4 with wrong pictures at the time, changed furniture to 1 bed and a foldout foot stool so barely slept 3...... Dog hair everywhere even in bed and I seen they charge a non-refundable pet deposit which you would figure would be for extra deep cleaning . I booked for 3 adults and a 15yo so sleeping was challenging and no room for anything after wall bed , couch and foot stool was setup crawling over and around to make it to the bathroom........... Should never be over 2 booked for this small room above a 1 car garage

  : Only good thing I can say is the linen was plentiful and clean
  : There was mold in the bathroom in the tub the grout and knobs and ceiling. Low shower pressure. The toilet paper holder was ripped off of the wall. The toilet didn't flush properly. We had to make coffee in the bathroom as there was only one plug for counter top oven. The light over the sink didn't work. The light in the fan didn't work needed a battery for the remote which I requested was not provided. The bed was a Murphy bed the room was extremely small only large enough for two people. People having children would be extremely difficult. I washed the counter tops which had grease and where someone drilled a whole left wood particles. The refrigerator was frozen with thick fishy smelling water frozen. You could not sit on the couch unless you put the Murphy bed up. Pictures are deceiving. Pucture of chairs on balcony was under our porch and could not see the water. The outside furniture was so rusty you would fall through it. Picture in add was photo shopped. This was supposed to have been our 21 anniversary get away.

  : There was no extra towels, maid service, no soap or shampoo. The shower wasn’t very clean, had to take shower curtain down smelled of mildew

  : The location is perfect! 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive from strip. There were three of us and we had room for a queen sized air mattress at bed time and just rolled it up during the day. We will definitely be back!
  : The WiFi is not great. The sand on the floor was annoying but totally understandable.
