  : The view to the bay area. Location.
  : The host is very arrogant and not willing to solve customers problems. The WiFi broke down a day after arrival and it took two days of efforts to find a barely acceptable solution to the problem. Forget about working holidays there. The host apparently cannot operate booking.com website as she could not process the payment. I had to pay manually at the site and the only possible time was 22.00 hrs + 30 minutes of waiting (!!!) for a someone who could operate the credit card terminal. I still did not get the receipt form the host despite asking for it twice. The communication with the host is very difficult: she is hardly there, her assistant knows basic English but does not know Greek, the part time manager does not know English. On the whole the do not have a faintest idea of what a customer service is. ATTENTION - the host asked me several times for the CVC code to credit card, and could not get it when I said that this was not secure.
