Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please inform Apartamentos Euromar III in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Keys must be collected from and returned to the Habitat Costa offices (the company who administer the apartments) and the opening hours are:

Collection of keys: 17:00 – 20:00.
Return of keys: at 10:00 (in reception or deposit box).

The hire of bed linen, towels and television is optional.
At the end of your stay, leave used linen and towels in the apartment.
The apartment must be cleaned on departure, and left as upon arrival.

Electric whisk and iron are available, a deposit will be required for these items.

No refunds are available in the event of early check out.

Communal facilities available to the apartments vary in opening dates.

A fixed amount of EUR 150 must be paid on the day of arrival. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay when the property has been checked.
