Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 7 per person per night when using an available cot.
People 3 years old and over stay for € 7 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in carries the following charges:
- From 7:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m.* to 10:00 p.m.: 25 EUR *(see office hours)
- From 22:00 to 00:00: EUR 50
It is not possible to check-in after 00:00.

At the reception door you will find some mailboxes, you must contact reception so that they provide you with the number of the mailbox and the combination
