: The property was very nice and clean. The location was beautiful. The manager was professional. The welcoming wine and lava cake were great.
: The booking stated that the room was to include an in-room spa tube which it did not. The room was very small and had no place to sit since the one stool in the room was broken. It was disappointing that the manager would not change rooms when we showed him the reservation. He blamed Booking.com for the error and said we needed to deal with booking.com to resolve the issue. Secondly, the key did not seem to work when we left for dinner. We left the key on the door. When we returned the manager explained the door had a French mechanism and locked differently than US locks. The key was missing. The picture on your site did not show the room we were given.

: Really needs a major refresh. Linens were worn, the furniture was trapped in the 90s.

: Location great I love the country. Internet service was good. Excellent happy hour rink and eats. Great access to wineries.
: Few property items need to be addressed. Hot tub cover worn out. Shade / wind screen in back of outdoor pizza oven hanging and looking shabby. TV satellite feed spotty.

: The privacy, the quiet, the comfort, the view, the pool.
: We expected more from the breakfast and the wine hour hors doeuvres. Very meager, I expected more options/food overall. I didnt realize we needed to bring drinks/snacks to supplement.
