  : The apartment was no frills but had everything needed-kitchen with needed supplies, beds, nice bathroom etc. It was in a perfect area to walk around Parma.
  : The A/C was fine in my place but the second apartment we were in the A/C was not working well.

  : This spacious apartment was in a great location in the center of Parma within easy walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping as well as a view of the Parma Baptistery from our windows. Check-in and out was at the Novatel near the train station, but this was easy for us as we traveled by train. We then walked to the apartment from the Novatel. The lift in the building was relatively good by European standards.
  : We would have appreciated a coffee maker in the apartment; however, we quickly found a good coffee shop just a few doors down across the street (go to the counter in the back if you are seeking a quick cup). The kitchen itself was bare-bones - we only used the refrigerator. The apartment had A/C units in the living area where the sleeper sofa and sleeper chairs were located as well as in the bedroom, but the unit in the living area struggled with the high summer temperatures experienced during our visit.

  : Affordable place to stay in Parma. Very well located in the middle of a walking street (bear in mind that if you travel by car this means you need to park in a public parking garage, where someone unsuccessfully tried to break into our car over night). Very spacious rooms, but lacks a bit of comfortable touch.
  : Nothing, it was a good place to stay.
