  : We made a stupid mistake by hitting the wrong date. We wanted to book for the same day but we pressed the wrong date from on other booking. We called straight away to tell the hotel it was for this day and not the one we booked. The lady told us to make a new booking for today and when we arrive, we could sort it out. When we arrived at the reception, the person was very very very rude, did not let me finish my sentence (I was talking friendly) and told us: NO, you don't get the money back and threw our keycard on the desk and walked away. We were totally shocked by the rudness of this person. Also, if the lady told us on the phone that we did not get the wrong booking back, we would have never booked again. This hotel is so unfriendly and rude. I understand that when you book and want to change it days later that this is not possible, but when you make a mistake and call 1 minute later it should be different. The room was also not good, the WiFi did not work in our room and everything was very old. The prices are too high for what you get. The breakfast was very good I have to say. Never again, if a hotel wants to make money like this, I wish them all the worse.
