  : Price was good and good location. Enough space for our family.
  : We requested an early check in but when we arrived the code would not work. So the only option was to wait there with all of our luggage and call Vacasa in which I was placed in a queue of 30 people before i could speak to someone. Also we had to leave early due to everything being shut down due to the Coronavirus and would like to request one nights refund.

  : The location was great. We had easy access to walk to the base of Park City mountain and easily walked to downtown. Sometimes we used to free public bus transportation too. The condo is closest to the side door so its easy access to the steps that lead to street outside. I will also say the Vacasa staff was very responsive during our stay to help resolve some issues.
  : The accommodations were disappointing. First, the bed - OMG - get a decent mattress! We paid top dollar for a bed that was worn out about 5 years ago. You could feel the springs coming through when you laid down. The best part of the unit - the jacuzzi - was broken and unable to be used during our stay -another disappointment. The coach was also somewhat uncomfortable and the TVs are outdated. Another thing to keep in mind, the shower you have to step about 18inches up to get in - it feels a bit like you are on a stage as you shower. Overall, this unit needs major updating and I paid too much for the accommodations - its more of an old cabin than nice condo in Park City.

  : What didn't I like? I didn't much appreciate for Room #102 in it's entirety. All rooms have a TV? I guess a TV from the 1990s is still considered a TV. Drainage system? That would be nice, if it worked. Sink disposal? Just for show. Dish washer? Full of water that can't drain. "Two bedroom" unit? More like one bedroom that was divided into two. Aren't bedrooms supposed to have windows? The Heating system controls were ancient and adjusting them seemed to have no impact. I had to basically break down the front door each time. It was stuck so hard scraping against the threshold that my wife and mother couldn't open the door. It was a joke! Room #204, which we also had, was great by comparison. But still, two bedrooms? Hardly. Does Utah's building code really not require a window in a bedroom? Also, what's with the showers and baths? What are they all elevated? Is it related to the heating system? I can't imagine anyone with any sort of mobility impairment using these showers or baths. I nearly fell out trying to exit each time. Also, no hair dryer. I can't believe how much I have to pay for this POS. Not three years ago I would have paid half this much for more rooms (with actual windows!).

  : Location. Had clean sheets and towels, humidifier, covered parking
  : Needed updating and basic amenities. Tv needs updating, old dishwasher did not clean well, jacuzzi old and too big needing too much hot water to fill. Leaving basic cooking supplies like oil, spices, etc. Would be nice. Needs a cutting board.
