  : We love Hyatt! The lobby and breakfast space are very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. We brought a dog and they were able to accommodate us. Good location.
  : They were doing renovation on the first floor and we were staying above it. You couldn’t get to the elevator without going through construction debris in the corridor. Elevator access is challenging to this building as you need to use a very long ramp to get to it. We did not like that you had to purchase food in order to get an alcoholic drink. We ordered French fries as it was the least expensive item at $11. Add a glass of wine and we just paid $22 for our glass of wine. We gave the French fries to a table with a family as it came out of the kitchen. Presentation was not very clean for the food. Wine was fine.

  : The write ups of the property stated you have a restaurant.It was not a restaurant. So tiny and overrated.The parking could be better.You were under construction and was not mentioned.Other than that it was a good property to stay.Also the shuttle information could have been better. It was confusing.It runs every 30 minutes.

  : Total renovation underway and no warning before arrival. Rooms not very soundproof. A lot of noise from rooms above. Extremely noisy heating unit. Extra 30 dollar fee for little reason.
