  : Little things like no salt, washer detergent, dryer sheets, coffee filters.Also heating system eratic, sunny days shoot temperature up, cools down at night and wants to stay there.

  : The size of the unit was great and it was nice having access to the pool. Location was great.
  : The unit should really have A/C. I did not see it clearly specified when I booked it that there was NO A/C, and when I was sent a message "reminding" me about that, it was too late to cancel my reservation without a penalty. It was unbearable in the late afternoon without A/C and for the amount we paid, there should have been A/C.

  : I booked our stay at Hidden Valley on 08/19/201 via booking.comI was provided pictures of the unit.Sometime on/about last week of October the pictures changed and then they changed again.I feel that this was a "bait and switch" not on booking.com account but on Vacasa's account.The unit is pretty well worn, kitchen utensils were shoddy and the tub shower was not working properly.I was unhappy in that the unit was not what was pictured and I felt cheated.
