  : If you wish to experience living in Paris, with all the advantages and disadvantages of a regular home life (self cleaning, cooking, dish washing, even laundry), than this is the right place for you. The owner provides just the right appliances and kitchen utensils so you don't need to bring anything with you.The apartment is small but welcoming and cozy, with nice decorative touches that make you feel a little closer to the Parisian spirit. Our family of four, parents and two teen girls, fitted in just right.The location is excellent, no more than 10 minutes away from the Louvre or les Halles and, if you like to walk, within reasonable walking distance from many other popular places in Paris (Île de la Cité, Opéra, Jardin des Tuilleries etc.).The check-in instructions are very clear, you never really get to meet the owner or anyone else but, normally, you don't need to.
  : Just a few details that might make you a little anxious:- In case of apartment-related emergencies (for instance if you lose the key, you have plumbing or electrical issues or anything of the sort) you really have no contact to rely on other than an e-mail address, which might not prove very helpful in such instances.- Also, as in many other cases, an Inventory Damage deposit of 400 Euros is debited on your card during the week prior to tour arrival. What made me worry a little is the fact that you have no say concerning the refund of this deposit. And since there are a few conditions as to this refund, including cleaning the apartment, having no way of knowing the exact owner expectations on this matter for instance, I still am a bit anxious until I get the refund.

  : Overall it was pretty close to everything
  : There was black mold on the ceiling above the bathroom and the noise between the people living there and the construction was quite bad. There was also a 400€ security deposit that wasn’t mentioned when I booked. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place.

  : 2 codes just to enter, door can locked by it self,so if you forget the key inside, you not be able to come in. Check in at 15 .

  : We were not informed that the code for the key compartment was changed. Our mobile phone from Australia did not work in France, so we had to find somebody to make a call to the agency to get new code. It was problematic and stressful. Anyway the agency made an apology for that.
