  : I've stayed in this hotel several times before. This stay was enjoyable. I was allocated a nice room. I am so happy that the maintenance works in the hotel inner yard are over. So it was perfectly quiet this time. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent. Thank a lot!
  : For me, the hotel has two "minuses", but I am afraid on both of them there's not much they could possibly do. The first one relates to its location, which is otherwise excellent. But unfortunately, the Ubers are not permitted to approach the hotel (so at best, they will let you out somewhere at Boulevard Sbastopol nearby). As for the taxies, it depends. During none of my stays, the taxi driver really approached the hotel directly (I usually travel from Gare de Lyon), doing the same thing as Ubers, letting me out about 300 meters away. Yet on the way back (for your check-out from the hotel), there is a 50%-50% chance that a taxi (especially if a receptionist orders it for you) could reach the hotel to pick you up there. On a positive side though, a metro and even a local train station (that can bring you to Gare de Nord directly, for example) is not too far. But I can envisage several situations / scenarios in which you'd prefer to take a taxi, but that's an unreliable factor with this property, due to its peculiar location on a busy narrow street. Second, the price of the hotel has become mega high, hardly corresponding to the quality of its facilities (there's neither sauna, swimming pool nor anything luxury about this - otherwise decent - property). But it's also fair to say, that it's not more expensive than the price of the analogues hotels nearby. With the recent inflation, the prices in Paris have become truly insane, hardly matching the prices in other major European capitals.

  : Comfortable beds, good location
  : The decor was very dark with too little lighting. This made it difficult to see in the room at night despite putting all the lights on. There was no table or surface to place anything on in the bathroom.
