  : I liked only the location and part of the staff was not bad
  : I did not like that the room was ugly with a dark long lobby.We have a 2 years baby and when I made the reservation I asked for a coat, they send me that my request is to be sattisfied but when i arrived in the room, at 4th floor, i did not find it so i asked again in reception.They brought us the coat but it was ugly and dirty, not ok ...but had no other option because we arrived at 22.00.All the room is old; the furniture, the moquette and the bathroom without window are all ugly and obsolated, not ok for a 3*** hotel.Also we had problems with the elevator our baby carriage didn't feet in it, so every time, even when we arrived late and exhaused, after long walks, and my baby was asleep, we had to carry her in our arms and close the stroller and go up one at the time. Even if our stroller is tiny, the elevator it's tinier. They gave us a room at 4th floor even if they knew we had a baby and they have the stairs and the elevator that are not ok in case of emergency i don't want to think how we were supposed to go down.The stairs were also tiny.In my opinion not ok for families not ok for aged people
