Modern arty flat close to Saint-Germain des Près

  : Excellent location, close to cafes and restaurants, near the Metro station. The appartment is cosy and has everything you need for a short stay - well equipped kitchen with lots of kitchenware, coffee machine and kettle, double bed with en-suit shower, sofa bed in the living room (some reviews said there were issues with folding it, I did it every day and had no problem at all), all bedding was fresh and clean, there was plenty of towels for us to use. The building has nice high ceillings. There is a lift, although a bit small but handy when you need to take your luggage to 3rd floor. Host was nice and helpful, we had a slight issue dropping the keys as the key nest happened to be shut that morning, we had no issue reaching the host and resolving it with them. The key nest is conveniently located just round the corner.
  : It is a small appartment, although the space is very smartly organized and it was perfect for 2 people, it would be a bit too small for a family/slightly larger group. Tiny dining table, was just enough for 2 of us to sit with a cup of tea. The shower cubicle has a parting wall with the bedroom but no door or curtain, it was not an issue for us as we just used it in turns and shut the bedroom door for privacy.
