Marais Sicile

: Excellent location. Decent bed and bed linen. Had a washing machine (but not dryer, and no drying racks). Heated towel bar in bathroom a bonus. Decent wifi. TV okay (frustrating cable service). Only one flight of stairs to negotiate. Good text/email communication with local agent.
: Bathroom minuscule and very, very dark. Very loud street noise with rowdy bar going until very late, then garbage trucks dumping trash for the multiple restaurants each morning early. Fortunately, double paned windows muted some of the noise, but made sleeping with windows open impossible. Bright streetlight immediately outside windows (but there are blackout curtains). A little annoying to have to walk seven minutes from property to pick up keys.

: The location was excellent with the right mix of locals and tourists. Good dining nearby. Very accessible and convenient to the major attactions.
: The lock to the front door needs fixing so the door shuts when exiting. The hand written note asking people to be sure it is closed is not working. The door was nearly always not shut.

: Location and staff was very commutative.
: Felt It was over priced. Our previous location canceled on us within a week of our arrival.

: The location was the only redeeming aspect to this stay
: Arriving after a long flight from the US, the last thing we should have had to do was go a different location than where we were staying to pick up keys! Our wifi wasnt working and it was time consuming and stressful trying to find a place access wifi to get the directions to the apartment! The apartment was very loud from street noise, the bed was lumpy which hurt my back for days and the design of the space was awful. They had an enormous counter top in the kitchenette and if you didnt angle sideways walking by, you would hit your rib cage on the corner. If you open the fridge which was low to ground and didnt angle your body when getting up, you will whack your head on the countertop! Also, if you got makeup or anything on the towels you were charged for the towel!

: The location of this place was very good for exploring Paris. It was clean and the air conditioning worked fairly well. The kitchen was well appointed. While we would have enjoyed it more if it had been a bit more spacious and had more seating, we would stay there again.
: The stools were not high enough to make eating at the counter comfortable. There was only one chair. The only alternative to sit was on the bed. We really thought it would be a larger area with a separate bedroom.
