  : Quiet area of Paris. Good location near both metro and tram and the bus transfer to Beauvais. Rooms small but comfortable and clean. Reception staff friendly and accommodating. Good value for a Paris hotel.

  : I liked the fact that I had a bath.
  : My jumper has gone missing, it was a good brand and one of my favourites, but it was also discontinued so I can’t replace it, not sure if I misplaced it somewhere in the room or it was taken. Also, one product for my hair has gone missing. The light on the small mirror in the bathroom wasn’t working, when I asked and was told it would be fixed, but it wasn’t and a small light on the wall wasn’t turning off so I couldn’t sleep the first night and the hotel staff had to take the light bulb out.

  : Not clean. Check in about 15min waiting because reception finished some admin work on his PC. Room right, socket shower dis-functioning. Toilets near the reception very dirty. Big Trash containers placed in the reception Room. Poor service in general.

  : Location was good on line 1 which is the main line for getting around!
  : I would give 0 stars if I could!!!! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! After casually having a shower I looked out to see the whole bathroom flooded, the shower hadn’t been draining correctly! At 6.30am we was mopping the floor up with towels, it had seeped through to the bedroom and the bedroom carpet was soaked! I had to go down to reception in my towel, the guy on reception was absolutely useless! He came up, chucked a load of towels down and said that we would have to put the heating on full to dry the carpet out (the room is already absolutely boiling, it’s 26 degrees in Paris) he then said we could move rooms, he chucked us in a little box bedroom on the top floor out the way, all this at 6.30am whilst in my towel he said we had a couple of minutes to move. My clothes that was on the bathroom floor are absolutely soaked! No offer of washing them nothing. The room we have been chucked in is roasting hot, the main shower head doesn’t work, the 1 little light that the room does have flickers, you couldn’t swing a cat in the room it’s that small! Honestly the rooms are absolutely not what they looked like on the pictures! I went to reception to complain that I would like some sort of compensation for the absolute mess that has gone on and all the guy could say was the room he has moved us to is more expensive (absolute lie) better room he thinks, the guy is useless and deluded and quite frankly couldn’t care less! All he told me was that if I wanted to email them I could. No email address, nothing! They just want your money they have no standards to making your stay a good one. Honestly if I could give it -10 stars I would!! Low and behold when I came to google reviews, there is a million other reviews similar to mine, not answering emails, no care, floods in the bathrooms, hairs in the bed! Would never recommend! Asked the receptionist for his name and he wouldn’t give it to me so clearly he knows his bad attitude shouldn’t be in this industry!

  : Room was quite modern, it was a quite area with easy access to local transport. Staff was friendly and willing to help they even call me back when there was some issues with my booking.
