  : Location is good, rooms were cleaned offer but overall hotel needs renovation
  : Staff - useless and rude. First, they charged us incorrect amount of city tax and refused to refund, if you stay there double check what they are going to charge you. Second, it took them ages to find an iron. Third, keep your babies far from receptionists, as they tend to touch babys face with their dirty hands. Rooms - small, drains clogged. We were provided with a cot bed but it was brokenAlso, dont buy breakfast at this hotel, its the same every day and variety of food is poor: only some bakery, yogurts and beverages.

  : We loved the location. The area is very nice and full of services. The stuff was super approachable and friendly.

  : Mattress for garbage, dangerous broken tiles in the floor, zero soundproof room.

  : there was a receptionist who took time to help us check in and used a translator which we appreciated a lot!
  : the room was small and cluttered, one of the windows were covered up with tape and the other window had half a curtain which faced onto a busy street and let in a lot of light, the bathroom window fog sticker was peeling off the window and the toilet spat toilet water everywhere when it was being flushed. the staff were unpleasant and rude, we didnt speak much french which made things difficult however house keeping made no effort to speak to us. The elevator was tiny could probably fit a child with a small bag, we opted to carry out suit cases up the stairs instead. We also had to leave our keycard at the reception as they didnt have any spare. We were on a low budget however we would never go here again no matter the budget. dont waste ur money youd be better off staying in a tent on the street.

  : the location was great, easy to reach the metro and surrounded by shops and places to eat.
  : I dont know if I missed it or if it wasnt noted, but there is no air conditioning and no safe in the rooms. The nights were warm and the road too noisy to keep the windows open

  : The location was very good, easy to access public transportation and felt like a safe neighborhood. The breakfast rolls were ridiculously good.
  : The shower was pretty scary looking but it did the job.
