  : Quiet, clean and comfortable. Better than i expected.
  : A homeless slept in the lobby. He smelled really bad. Felt scary. Would expect higher security.

  : All facilities very good. Within walking distance to Isle Saint Louis. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Looks like it was recently refurbished, so everything in working order.
  : All the male staff members were very helpful, going out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one. The exception was a female staff member who quite frankly should not be anywhere near the public. I went downstairs to ask for the coffee to be replenished only to find a sign on the counter saying back later or words to that effect. I did come back later and found her conversing with another woman. Sorry to interrupt but could I have some water and the instant coffee replenished I said. Come back in 20 minutes she said. Her friend who was obviously a staff member took the keys to the storeroom and got the items for me.
